Identified at the national and global business ecosystem as a market developing at a fast pace, Ahmedabad is all set for another new commercial leap. Maharashtra Corp has bought a 0.44 acre land in the Naranpura locality near the iconic Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel stadium for a new commercial project.

After the development is done, the real estate company is expecting to create a revenue of nearly ₹120 crores, thanks to the sale of the commercial project, which will spread across 1.20 lakh sq ft. Similar to Maharashtra Corp, a slew of real estate players are looking towards Ahmedabad to expand.

A similar growth trend has been found across Ahmedabad when it comes to mega investors and homebuyers, as well. Hence, the real estate sector in the city is registering unprecedented growth.
