Lucknow's Tunday Kababi achieves a prestigious spot in the global Top 10

Kolkata's Peter Cat and Kozhikode's Paragon are the only two other Indian eateries to make it to this list.

In a global showcase of culinary excellence, three Indian treasures have bagged a spot in the Top 10 legendary eateries worldwide. Celebrated for its 'melt-in-mouth' kebabs, Lucknow's Tunday Kababi has secured the 6th place in this list. This prestigious ranking comes courtesy of Taste Atlas, a renowned online guide based in Croatia.

Paragon ranked 5th, Peter Cat in Kolkata grabs 10th spot

Loved primarily for its biryani, Paragon in Kozhikode is the highest-ranking Indian restaurant on the Taste Atlas list, and has secured the 5th spot. Founded in 1939, this eatery is symbolic of the gastronomic heritage of the entire region and its mastery over the Malabar cuisine.

Kolkata's Peter Cat, which was founded in 1975, has been ranked 10th on this list. This legendary restaurant in West Bengal is best known for its Chelow Kebab and has also been honoured by Taste Atlas in the past, as well.
