As per the recent update on Kanpur's ambitious metro rail project, the UPMRC is diligently progressing on various sections of the corridor to ensure its timely completion.

While the Nana TBM has successfully completed the tunnelling work along the Chunniganj-Naveen Market underground stretch, the UPMRC is also actively engaged in the construction of U-girders for the Baradevi-Naubasta elevated section.

The elevated corridor has witnessed substantial progress, as clearly depicted in the provided pictures. Numerous pillars have been successfully erected, while the installation of U-girders along the stretch is also underway.

Along with this, UPMRC recently partnered with ABB India to implement power distribution solutions in the Kanpur Metro project.
