Facilitating smart services for the commuters in the city, Kanpur City Transport Service Limited (KCTSL) has prepared a dedicated mobile application in association with Kanpur Smart City Ltd. The 'e-bus Kanpur' app has been developed using a detailed mapping algorithm which will aid the passengers to track buses through GPS tech. It will further provide updated information regarding bus timings, stoppages and speed.

Reportedly, the functioning of the application was also tested by a team of senior officials led by Kanpur Division Commissioner, Raj Shekhar on Wednesday and it will be rolled out for public on February 10.

Moreover, the app will also allow the commuter to submit complaints and suggestions regarding the functioning of the application and e-buses in the city.
