Besides having the capacity to operate at high speeds, this drone is also equipped to fly at high altitudes. Designed on the lines of a helicopter, the drone has special facilities for emergency and instant landings. Reportedly, Prof. Abhishek informed that the lightweight device has been developed using low-cost technology and a simple framework.

Under the aforementioned virtual event, the drone was tested for its different features. As a part of this, it was required to fly for 5 hours, carrying a 5-kilogram load. Thereby, the students prepared an hour-long video as the drone performed this activity and submitted it for the competition. Previously, the drone had proven its worth in a similar event that happened in February.
