Chaat Ke Gubbare

A burst of creamy yoghurt with moong, chickpeas and aloo, lifted by a zing of saunth, all packed inside a crispy tart shell. Drawing inspiration from Lucknow but reinvented.

Peanut Butter & Smoked Chilli Ramen

A fiery bowl with smoky chillies mellowed by creamy peanut butter, tossed with pok choy and stir-fried veggies. Pick your protein, or go green with paneer or plant-based goodness.
