They'll lay out your perfect meal sequence — An Azadi salad as hors d'oeuvre with Bhagat Ke Shole (Paneer Tikka) and a side of Tiranga papad. In the main course, you obviously have to go for Ashfaq ki Pasand (Chicken Biryani) or Bismil Ki Pasand (if you're a vegetarian and prefer pulao). Wind it all up with some amazing Amrit Cheese Cake or Indira Ki Pasand (Kesaria Phirni). Pretty cool, right? Right.
