Knocksense Shorts | University of Lucknow to provide affiliation to three new colleges

The University of Lucknow has decided to provide affiliation to three new colleges in the recently held executive council meeting. With this, it has also offered temporary affiliation to numerous courses of some 19 colleges and permanent affiliation for various courses of two other colleges (namely Krishna Pal Singh PG College, Tambore in Sitapur and Madhuri Singh Degree College, Sandi in Hardoi) for the 2023-24 session.

The aforementioned three colleges to be recognised are Ambikeshwar College of Higher Studies in Lucknow, Manokamini Devi Girls College in Sitapur and Surya College of Management and Science in Lucknow.

Moreover, approval has been given for appointment of assistant professors in numerous departments of self-financed courses. Along with this, various cells and policies, such as sustainable procurement policy, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) policy, anti-discrimination policy, and more, have also been approved.
