Passengers hopping on any of the UP roadways buses to reach their destinations will have to pay up to ₹4 more, as per the latest announcement by the UPSRTC. The recent hike in toll tax by NHAI has been deemed as the reason behind this hike.
This is the second time in 2023 that we are seeing a hike in UP roadways bus fare after an increase of 25 paise/kilometre in February of this year. Notably, the revised bus fare will be applicable for all UP roadways buses.
