Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will hold a loan fair on December 1 at its Gomti Nagar office. Teams from all nationalised and notified banks will offer on-the-spot NOCs and loans at competitive interest rates. LDA officials said the initiative aims to assist allottees who often struggle to secure loans, leading to delays in payments and, at times, cancellation of allotments

As per officials the fair will provide direct support from multiple banks under one roof. With broader participation, applicants can compare loan options and receive immediate help.

The fair is expected to particularly benefit economically weaker and low-income groups, who frequently face difficulties in completing loan formalities.

Allottees must bring:

• Aadhaar card

• PAN card

• Bank passbook

• Income certificate

• Caste certificate

• Other necessary documents

The fair will support allottees under schemes such as:

• Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)

• Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Yojana

• First Come–First Serve Scheme

• Anant Nagar Scheme, among others

The fair aims to offer complete loan-related solutions in one place and in one day, helping allottees make timely payments and secure ownership of their properties.
