The timings will be applicable starting from March 22.

Lucknow's CCSI Airport is set to extend its flight operations by two hours to accommodate increasing passenger demand, particularly ahead of Holi. Currently, flights operate between 10 AM and 6 PM due to ongoing runway re-carpeting work. Following directives from the state government, airport authorities will now permit flights between 5 PM and 11 AM, the next day. The revised schedule will come into effect from 22 March, after Holi, while maintenance work is set to continue until 15 July.

Besides the runway re-carpeting assignment, other repair work is underway at the Lucknow Airport as well. This includes the expansion of Terminal 3 and the construction of a parallel taxiway alongside the runway. Additionally, runway surface repairs and upgrades to the Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) system, replacing halogen lights with energy-efficient LEDs, are in progress.
