A few minutes of rain on May 8, dropped the temperature slightly in Lucknow, and provided relief to the residents from the increasing heat. Now the weather in town is expected to remain clear for the next five days coupled with strong winds and regular movement of clouds.
As per the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the maximum temperature in Lucknow on May 9 will hover at 38°C, while the minimum stands at 24°C.
From May 9, the temperature is expected to increase along with clear weather conditions. Meteorological Department has attributed this change to the western disturbance coming from Haryana, effects of which have also been observed in Delhi and parts of Uttar Pradesh.
Meanwhile, the wind is forecast to run at a speed of 15 kilometres per hour with 30% humidity in Lucknow.
