The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is undertaking a remarkable initiative to develop the city's inaugural Musical Park. Located in the CG city area near Sultanpur Road, this park will stand as the first of its kind in the state. The park will offer musical instruments accessible to all, alongside various other recreational facilities for the public.

Reportedly, LDA VP, Dr. Indramani Tripathi, recently inspected CG City along with officers and experts to review the potential areas, suitable for the construction of the park.

The Musical Park will also feature separate sheds, cafeteria and swings

The park will feature small sheds at various locations, each housing a set of musical instruments, along with their supporting tools. These instruments will be securely fastened with chains to prevent them from being taken away. From children to the elderly, everyone will have a free access to play these instruments.

Besides this, an open-air theatre, swings, public washrooms and cafeteria will also be established inside the park. Currently, estimates are being prepared for developing the park, after which a detailed project report (DPR) will be commissioned.
