Raid shooting comes to a halt, as the Jahangirabad Palace owners deny permission

All is well and shooting will begin as normal after an unprecedented halt that struck the shooting of Ajay Devgn starrer raid, on Friday. The Jahangirabad Palace, which has already been seen in many other movies shot in the city, was supposed to look like Prime Minister and Finance Minister’s office in this film.

The shoot got cancelled at the last moment and the crew was left to search for an alternate location, as the Raja Mohommed Jamal Rasul Khan was expecting some guests, according to what the owner of the palace, Sameer Yadav told the media.

Movies like, Dabangg 2, Bullet Raja and many others have been shot in the famous palace. According to the sources, a sequence with actor Surabh Shukla was to be shot in the palace yesterday, which later got cancelled as the team was asked to look for another palace.
