Hyatt Centric Juhu is marking its second anniversary with the launch of 'Inja' the world’s first Indo-Japanese fusion pop-up. From August 24th to 26th, 2024, Hyatt Centric Juhu will host this exclusive event in collaboration with Sesame, the hotel’s acclaimed Asian restaurant. This upcoming weekend event will unveil a groundbreaking fusion of Indian and Japanese cuisines in Mumbai.

Chef Adwait Anantwar, the visionary behind Inja, has crafted a special 7-course menu that artfully blends Indian and Japanese cuisines. You can look forward to innovative dishes like Shisho Leaf Tuna & Pomelo Chaat and Lobster Rasam Chawanmushi, showcasing a fusion of flavours and techniques.

Shilpi Khanna, General Manager of Hyatt Centric Juhu, expressed excitement about providing guests with a unique experience. She noted that the fusion food adventure offered would be as bold and innovative as Mumbai itself.
