Especially helpful for female pupils from NMIMS and Mithibai College.

A new hostel project in Mumbai's Juhu-Vile Parle area, Ivy League House is set to offer secure and high-quality accommodations for female students from nearby institutions, like NMIMS and Mithibai College. Spanning 1 lakh square feet, the facility will house 325 beds and is designed specifically to address the housing needs of female students in this area.

This project is the result of a lease agreement between Curated Living Solutions Pvt Ltd (CLSPL) and the Shree Banbai Nenshi Trust (BNMV Trust). The development underscores the increasing demand for purpose-built student housing in Mumbai, particularly in high-cost localities like Juhu, where proximity to educational institutions significantly impacts rental prices.

The Ivy League House will be located close to major colleges, offering students easy access to their campuses while ensuring a secure living environment. The project has been facilitated by real estate consultant JLL. "The Ivy League House is a testament to our commitment to exceptional student housing," said Jaikishan Challa, Founder & CEO of CLSPL.
