New Bikaner–Bandra Terminus Express inaugurated today: Check route, timings & fare

The inaugural run of the Bikaner–Bandra Terminus (Mumbai) Express was flagged off today, May 22, 2025. The train, numbered 04707, will operate as an 'Inaugural Special' between the two stations for the launch. The express will cover a distance of 1,213 km between Bikaner and Bandra Terminus in approximately 23 hours and 25 minutes.

Route and duration

The inaugural service comprises 18 coaches: 16 Third AC Economy and 2 power cars. Once launched, the fare for the AC 3 Economy (3E) class will be ₹1,365. The inaugural schedule of the train is as follows:

Train No. 04707 BKN-BDTS (Mumbai) Inaugural Special (One Way):

  • Departure from Deshnok: 10:30 am

  • Arrival at Bikaner: 11:15 am

  • Departure from Bikaner: 12:35 pm

  • Arrival at Bandra Terminus: 12 noon (next day)

The train will halt at 19 stations along the route: Deshnok, Nokha, Nagaur, Merta Road Junction, Jodhpur, Pali Marwar, Marwar Junction, Falna, Abu Road, Palanpur, Mahesana, Sabarmati BG, Nadiad, Anand, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Vapi, and Borivali.

Regular operations of this express service will commence next week, following the inaugural run.
