NO toll for light vehicles at Mumbai's 5 main entry points

Previously, motorists had to pay a toll fee of ₹45.

In a significant move to ease commuting costs, the Maharashtra Government announced a complete toll waiver for light motor vehicles at all five toll booths entering Mumbai, on Monday. The decision has been implemented since 12 am on October 14, 2024.

Cars can now pass through the Dahisar, Mulund, Vashi, Airoli, and Thane Naka toll booths without incurring any charges. Previously, motorists had to pay a toll fee of ₹45 for entering or exiting Mumbai at these points.
