The sprawling property at Devarya Wellness resonates with the vibe it has- calming, peaceful and nature like. The resort is covered and surrounded by lush green trees, every corner we turned and every way we looked, we were greeted by pleasant greenery.
The property is carefully designed to replicate an ashram like feel with the comforts of a luxury resort. From two swimming pools, paved earthen floors to intricately carved wooden decor pieces, an in-home spa and detox center, Devarya Wellness has a balanced mix of tranquility and leisure.

All the rooms here are air conditioned, have comfortable beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub, yet everything here draws its inspiration from nature. There is heavy woodwork in the resort, the rooms are spacious, the beds are set on raised platforms and the bathtub is fashioned the natural way- a simple dip on the bathroom floor.
The natural flow and comfortable vibe of the property, made it the escape we were looking for!

The resort has it’s very own restaurant, Chia Lounge which is located right on the Morjim Beach. The beach restaurant has both indoor as well as outdoor seating, is open to all and carries the same calming and tranquil vibe of the resort.
The food here is extremely versatile, healthy, organic, vegan friendly and focused towards wellness. From a number of fresh salads, Buddha bowls and gazpacho soup to bruschetta, ratatouille, thai curry, dal and chhola masala, we found it all here.
The restaurant also has a juice and coffee bar, where fresh pressed juices, smoothies and health shots welcomed our tired spirits. We especially love the smoothies they serve here.

The resort is ideal for people who are looking for a calm and relaxing place that is also comfortable. We were really drawn towards the whole forest-esque vibe here, all the plants make for a very pleasing atmosphere. All the yoga teachers here are trained, certified and ready to help.
It is noteworthy that since the resort focuses on escaping the daily hum-drums, there is no wifi here, except for at the reception area. The location of the resort also hinders network connectivity and cell reception. The rooms are not connected with intercom service so you don’t have to worry about anybody disturbing you, it also means that you’d have to speak directly at the reception for everything you require.
