Jaipur will soon play host to ‘Abhivyakti Season 2’, a three day literary festival, curated and organised by Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA) scheduled between November 12 – 14 at Jawahar Kala Kendra. The event has summoned women participants from around India and is giving them a platform to share their inspiring stories. The affair is truly one ‘by the women, of the women and for the women’.
The first season of the event was held in Delhi last year. Given the COVID-19 protocol, the season escalated in both online and offline mode.
What to expect at the event
The first offline Abhivyakti season in Jaipur will host a plethora of writers, storytellers, artists, entrepreneurs, stand up comedians and poets from all over India. Workshops will be organised to discuss relevant topics like social influencing, kavad art, creative writing, entrepreneurship, publishing your work, eco-parenting, life coaching and many more.
The event will also witness book launches like Kab Tak by Meenu Tripathi, Amaltas by Nidhi Khyali Dhyani, Yeh Na Thi Hamari Kismat by Lily Swarna, and The Birth of My Nation by Sutapa Basu.
Reportedly, celebrity entertainers like Neeti Palta, Harpriya Bains, MP Diya Kumari (Femina Miss India, 2022-First Runner up), Rubal Shekhawat, Kumud Mishra and VJ Rannvijay Singh shall also grace the event.
