Ayushmann Khurrana has begun filming for his next film in Lucknow recently. The new film which is titled Article 15, is being directed by Anubhav Sinha and is a hard-hitting investigative drama.
Ayushmann Khurrana who has always chosen to play diverse characters starting from a sperm donor in his debut film to a blind man in Andhadhun, will be seen playing the character of a cop in Article 15. Since we have not seen him in any such role previously, we are really excited to watch the magic he will create on screens with his role this time.
Ayushmann Khurrana tweeted his first look from Article 15 on Wednesday where he was seen as a police officer standing next to a jeep with some papers in his hand. The tweet only has revealed the title of the film, Article 15.

Whereas, Anubhav Sinha believes Article 15 is a very challenging film and he is delighted to have Ayushmann on board. His recent film Mulk, which starred prominent actors like Tapsee Pannu and Rishi Kapoor, had really impressed the audience as well as the critics.
Apart from Ayushmann Khurrana playing the protagonist, the other caste comprises of Isha Talwar, Manoj Pahwa, Sayani Gupta, Kumud Mishra, M Naser, Ashish Verma, Sushil Pandey, Subrajyoti Bharat and Zeeshan Ayub.
Article 15 is being produced by Benaras Media Works and has gone on floors since the 1st of March 2019 in Lucknow.
