The Uttar Pradesh State Cabinet has decided to increase the efficiency of the district administration, facilitating a simpler way to reach out to the Magistrate Office via the WhatsApp mobile number. To execute this, the state’s Chief Minister office has directed all the DMs to go online on WhatsApp.

The state has enabled its citizens to easily, quickly and directly register their complaint to the city’s DM by text instead of going throw long and cumbersome procedures. This step will not only broaden the horizon of those who can approach the DM’s office to file a complaint but also will yield immediate support and help.
