The states of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh are renowned for their delectable pav breads, which are a staple of the local street food scene. While the super popular Vada pav may hog the limelight, another lip-smacking and fiery dish, the Misal Pav, never fails to entice the discerning palate.
This year, this traditional Maharashtrian dish has earned a prestigious accolade, securing a spot in the highly coveted TasteAtlas’ 100 Best Rated Snacks in the World for this year. Ranked at an impressive 95th place, this achievement stands as a testament to its mouth-watering taste, enduring popularity and ease of both consumption and preparation.
