The film industry biggies have been often spotted in Lucknow, in recent years and since the resumption of work in the industry, our city has been hosting several shoots. One such film out of this expansive lot is 14 Phere, which features Kriti Kharbanda and Vikrant Massey. For its shoot, Kharbanda took to Instagram to announce her arrival in the city once again, which sent fans in a frenzy!
14 Phere slated to be released this year on the 9th of July
Kriti uploaded a string of Instagram stories and in the images, the actress is seen getting her hair and make-up done. On the image, she wrote: “First working day 🙂 #2021 #bekind #14phere.” The actress then shared a picture dressed in a jacket, captioned as “#Lucknow #14Phere.” The production team had first stepped in the city on the 4th of December.
Directed by Devanshu Singh and written by Manoj Kalwani, 14 Phere is a story about how, in India, marriage is not just between two people, but between two families. As per reports, Vikrant and Kriti attended workshops during the lockdown to prep for the film and Kriti has even been working on her voice modulations to suit her character. Along with Lucknow, the film is said to be shot in Mumbai, Jaipur and Delhi. The supporting cast of the movie consists of Vinay Pathak, Gauahar Khan, Vineet Kumar, Govind Pandey, and Yamini Das. This movie was announced back in August and is now slated to be released this year on the 9th of July.
