The new elevated corridor will offer direct connectivity from Kalidas Marg to Rajajipuram and the Lucknow-Agra Expressway, addressing long-standing traffic congestion in the area. Beyond easing commutes, the project will cover the polluted Haider Canal, boosting the city’s visual appeal. This initiative signals the central government’s strong commitment to driving Lucknow’s modern, sustainable development.
The announcement came during Rajnath Singh’s two-day visit to Lucknow on November 15-16, where he participated in several key programmes.
