The Jaipur International Airport (JAI) has been in highlight in the recent times for quite a few reasons. Now, there are new flights which are taking over the Pink City's skies, which in turn is making Jaipur accessible from various parts of India without much of a hassle.
The world's largest expatriation exercise, the Vande Bharat Mission has successfully entered its 6th phase of bringing stranded Indians across the globe back to the country over suspended air travel due to the coronavirus pandemic. This latest phase kickstarted on Thursday from Jaipur where both inbound and outbound flights over an air bubble pact with select countries have hit the runway.

In a rather exciting revelation, it has been announced that Jaipur's international airport is India's 3rd cleanest airport. The revelation comes as part of the Ministry of Civil Aviation's survey titled Swachhata Awards 2019. Apart from just being about cleanliness, the survey also took into account safety of passengers and various other parameters on which to judge the airports across India. Overall, Jaipur airport ranked 3rd on this extensive survey.
