Precautions for the rising air pollution
Ahmedabad is grappling with escalating air pollution, which poses several challenges during the winter months. Some residents have reported issues such as reduced visibility and respiratory difficulties, particularly during the early morning and evening. The municipal authorities have mandated the installation of air quality monitoring systems at construction sites, particularly for tire washing activities, to prevent the dispersion of mud and dirt onto the roads.

Ahmedabad is expected to gradually transition to colder weather from the onset of November, with a noticeable drop in temperatures anticipated after November 20th. Throughout the month, the maximum temperature is projected to hover around 31 to 35 degrees Celsius, while the average maximum temperature is likely to range from 32 to 33 degrees Celsius. Minimum temperatures are expected to be in the range of 14 to 19 degrees Celsius.

Infibeam Avenues acquires commercial tower
Financial technology and digital payment services provider, Infibeam Avenues, has acquired an entire commercial tower comprising a ground floor and ten stories. This tower, which was originally being developed as the headquarters of textile manufacturer Sintex Group in Ahmedabad, has been acquired for a sum of Rs 90 crore, as reported by individuals with direct knowledge of the transaction. The acquisition represents a significant move by Infibeam Avenues in the commercial real estate sector.
