This particular Air India flight will be delayed till January 26, when the actual parade takes place.

Met department authorities have claimed that the trend will continue for a few more days due to the low temperatures and thick layers of fog and smog all across a number of cities. They have said that there is little that can be done to steer clear of it and this is one inconvenience that commuters will have to take in their stride.
