Starting from April 7, the Indian Railways will operate a summer special train between Mhow Junction in Madhya Pradesh, and Patna district in Bihar. Reportedly, the decision to launch the summer special train between Indore and Patna was taken in view of the growing demand for direct train service between the two cities. It is anticipated that this new service will cater to the needs of numerous passengers.

The train will also provide access to several other destinations including Dewas, Maksi, Sant Hirdaram Nagar, Vidisha, Bina, Sagar, Damoh, Katni, Murwara, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj, Buxar, Aara and Danapur stations.

The Mhow-Patna summer special train will depart from Mhow station at 5:05 A.M every Thursday and will reach Patna at 3:30 A.M the following day. Similarly, the train will depart from Patna at 7:20 A.M every Saturday and will arrive in Mhow on Sunday morning.
