As work on the Indore-Ujjain railway line doubling project has picked up speed, some good news is all set to arrive for those who frequent the route. In the latest updates, the second Indore-Ujjain railway line is expected to open by December 29.

It is noteworthy that the doubling work is currently going on at a rapid pace in three different blocks. Before the new railway line opens, an inspection will be conducted on December 28 by the Commissioner of Railway Safety.

Earlier, officials had stated that they aim to get the work complete by 26 December to have the new line ready for a successful inspection.
