Following Rajasthan's example of offering a symbolic reward.

In a move echoing a recent unqiue reward offer in Rajasthan, Indore Police has announced a reward of ₹1 for information leading to the capture of two criminals. Both suspects are known for their involvement in petty crimes and have managed to stay on the run despite the police's efforts to locate them. The reward announcement, made by Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Vinod Meena, promises a total of ₹2 for credible leads—₹1 for each criminal.

The unusual reward has quickly gained attention online, with many social media users reacting with amusement and surprise. While the reward amount may seem small, the police explained that it is symbolic, intended to draw attention to the case and encourage the public to provide helpful information. With no leads yet, the authorities are hoping this buzz will inspire more tips from informants.
