IIM Lucknow sets new placement record! Student bags Rs 75 LPA offer; 600+ jobs rolled out in 2025

The highest package offered this year is ₹9 lakh higher than last year’s top offer.

IIM Lucknow, one of the country's premier institutions, successfully concluded the final placement round for its 2023-2025 cycle. The hybrid placement drive, which concluded on March 1, saw participation from students across the institute’s flagship programs, including the two-year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the Postgraduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM).

During the placement drive, over 600 job offers were extended to 570 students. The students secure placements across various domains such as consulting, finance, general management, product management, sales & marketing, operations & retail and e-commerce.

This year’s placement figures closely match those of the previous year, where 634 offers were made. More than 250 domestic and international firms, including top-tier global recruiters, participated in the hiring process.

The highest domestic package offered stood at 75 LPA, while the highest international package converted to 65 LPA. The average salary for the batch reached 32.3 LPA, reflecting the institute’s consistent placement success.
