The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Indore, a premier engineering and technology institute of India, has released a notification inviting applications for the recruitment of faculty positions in various departments.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 34 vacancies for the position of Assistant Professor (Grade I & II) in its various academic departments of IIT Indore. Furthermore, it has been officially announced that the deadline for submitting the online applications for the aforementioned faculty positions is fixed as April 21, 2023.

Eligibility criteria:
Candidates are required to possess a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree. Additionally, applicants must have a consistent and impressive academic record throughout their education. The maximum age limit for candidates applying for these positions is 32 years.
Selection process:
The shortlisted applicants will be notified through their registered email addresses once the institute evaluate the applications. If selected for an interview, the candidates must carry their original certificates for verification purposes.
Pay scale:

Minimum basic pay per month for Assistant professor grade I: ₹1,01,500

Minimum basic pay per month for Assistant professor grade II: ₹70,900
In addition, the posts carry allowances such as D.A., H.R.A and Transport Allowance (TA)
