This unflagging team of zealous youths has successfully managed to distribute 300+ packets containing everyday essentials to the needy till now and they’re constantly working towards beating the crisis at hand.
“Compassion can beat a crisis”
“Back in the day, our grandparents started Khushhali, an NGO with the sole idea of giving back to the society by organizing food camps, educating the rural women and children, distributing food and so on. Over the years as kids, we have been watching their hard-work and analysing the results of their initiatives that have reflected in the society. Today, we have drawn our inspirations from their work and we are continuously trying to contribute to the community in our own little way!”
The team further added, “As you already know, the current pandemic has affected each segment of the society but especially the poor. They have been the worst-hit section. The pictures of them trying to reach their hometown, starving and in utter desolate states have truy hit us hard. In such a demanding situation, we’ve been trying to make their lives a little easier by providing them with basic essentials like ration, food packets, vegetables, milk, medicines, sanitizers and masks.”
