Logistics major Delhivery has launched a 1 lakh sq. ft. gateway hub in Lucknow, boosting its northern India operations ahead of the festive season. The facility, equipped with two automated sorters handling 5,000 shipments/hour, increases regional processing capacity by 40%, ensuring faster and more accurate deliveries. Delhivery’s new hub to empower local businesses
With over 1,300 bin locations and space to hold 17,000+ shipments, the infrastructure is designed to support growing e-commerce demand in Uttar Pradesh and beyond. Delhivery’s Senior VP, Dingtang Tikhak, called the Lucknow hub central to their network, adding that the expansion will aid local businesses and generate employment across transport, packaging, and delivery sectors.
Part of a wider network of 450+ distribution centres and numerous hubs across Delhi-NCR and UP, the Lucknow gateway strengthens Delhivery’s reach while empowering MSMEs to scale and ship nationwide. Just in time for the festive season, the hub is set to be a game-changer for logistics in the region.
