Nestled within the vibrant streets of Chatori Gali lies ‘Flavour Zone,’ is a flavourful hub started by skilled sister duo, Garima and Unnati Kasaudhan. Since its inception in January 2023, this charming stall has captivated the taste buds of locals and visitors alike, offering a tempting array of street food options!
With a shared passion for cooking and armed with B.Com degrees, Garima and Unnati embarked on a bold entrepreneurial journey straight out of college. Fuelled by determination and a love for the culinary arts, they transformed their dreams into reality by setting up Flavour Zone at 1090 in Lucknow.
United by their love for cooking
Despite initial challenges, the Kasaudhan sisters persevered, infusing each dish with love and authenticity. In the last few months, Flavour Zone has expanded their menu, and new additions such as Tacos, Nachos, the unique Pizza Golgappa are now hot sellers! All items available here lie between ₹40 to ₹120.
“It doesn’t feel like work, when you love doing it”
In conversations with Knocksense, Unnati radiated enthusiasm, sharing insights into their culinary philosophy and unwavering commitment to quality. She added, ” Even when we were not getting sufficient response in the first two months, we kept going. Because we loved cooking and that is what we were doing. We plan to continue here and even expand our menu based on seasons. You see, it doesn’t feel like work when you love doing it and both of us love to cook.”
Their willingness to adapt and evolve, catering to seasonal tastes and preferences, is a clear reason why Flavour Zone deserves a visit!
