Established in 2016, at Lucknow, GrabLoyalty introduced the concept of rewards for customers for being a patron at their favorite places !
The idea of GrabLoyalty started off when founders, Dhruv Shukla and Milind Shadra observed that local brands were unable to connect with their customers in the same manner as global brands like Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Shopperstop and so on!
Dhruv is a Computer Science graduate from the esteemed SRM University, Chennai and Milind holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the prestigious Jai Hind College, Mumbai!
They came together to study the market in Lucknow and realised that they could help in making a significant change for the local businesses here in the city as well as their customers!

As a result, GrabLoyalty started providing automated marketing and customer engagement solutions to the businesses which in turn helps them in retaining their customers by rewarding them for their loyalty.
What’s The Plan?
After having a successful run in Lucknow and Kanpur last year, GrabLoyalty is now planning a pan-India level launch.
As of now, GrabLoyalty is a team of 25 people with 300+ merchants on-board and their customer base is over 2,00,000! Those are a lot of numbers for sure!
The brand is operational in Lucknow, Kanpur, Indore and Delhi and they are truly unstoppable!
GrabLoyalty helps citizens discover new places with great deals around their city and it is a must-know reward program for people who want to earn more by paying less!
