The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow and the Climate Resilience Observatory (CRO) of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, have come together to launch India’s first comprehensive Climate Analytics course. This new course is an attempt to strengthen the country’s capability in disaster resilience.
This course will provide the students with advanced skills in data science that are necessary for climate data analysis. Furthermore, the course will also feature technologies like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, helping graduates emerge as leaders in climate analysis.
At the core of this course will be the aim to bolster the country’s preparedness against disasters and other environmental challenges. In addition to that, the course will also foster global collaboration via international partnerships.
