Uttar Pradesh CM along with the transport minister, flagged off UPSRTC projects in Lucknow and other places in the state, yesterday. This event marked the establishment of Awadh Bus Station at Faizabad road, which is a brand new bus stand in Lucknow, amidst other initiatives.
What’s the News?
The list of the locations of the newly made bus stations include Ayodhya Marg (Lucknow), Chitrakoot, Naimisharanya (Sitapur), Dibai (Bulandshahr), Rudhauli (Basti) and Mankapur (Gonda). From now onwards, these will be accessible by all and it is definitely going to make commute more accessible for travellers around the state.
The bus station sites for which the founding stones have been laid, includes places like Gursahaiganj (Kannauj), Jalaun, Kanth (Moradabad), Dibiyapur (Auraiya), Aliganj (Etah), Badlapur (Jaunpur) and Chail (Kaushambi).
