Lucknow’s annual literary festival- Lucknow Literature Festival is back with a bang. The three-day cultural extravaganza will bring literature laureates to your city and will include discussions, performances, and plays by some of the very cherished and celebrated artists of the country.
Popularly known as LLF, a fest is a three-day event bringing the best noble laureates to ‘Lucknowites’ and feeding their artistic thirst. The event is set to mark its beginning from 17th November at 1:00 p.m.

With Lucknow’s whether taking a cold turn, this ‘lit festival’ is going to be lit and offer you that homey literati feel for which our Lucknowites keep longing. LLF will witness some of the best literary genius and some of the most awaited book launches.
Lucknow Literature Festival to start from 17th November
LLF kickstarts on 17th November and will see the presence of Salman Khurshid, Piyush Mishra, Vishal Bhardwaj, Javed Akhtar, Pankaj Kapur, Kausar Munir, Imtiaz Ali, and renowned journalists Rajdeep Sardesai and Sagarika Ghose, among many others.
The venue for this year’s literature festival is at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan and here is the line-up of events that will be carried out from 17th to 19th November.

The event will also host a screening section for some of the best short films along with their directors on the first day. Fresh talents like Harnidh Kaur, author of ‘The inability of words’ turned out to be an instant bestseller on Amazon.
Hindi poetry lovers are going to thrive with Piyush Mishra’s ‘shayarana andaz’ in a soulful conversation with Zeeshan Ayub. Piyush Mishra, who is an established artist with a fan following ranging from his imminent acting skills to a big fandom in the poetry world, is going to be a treat to watch when he will indulge in a mesmerising conversation with ‘Lucknawi Janta’.
The event has already kick-started with a mind-blowing theatre prelude and some of the best plays including Amrita directed by Padma Shri M.S. Sathyu and ‘Noor’ depicting the life of Mughal Empress Noor –Jehan.
