Lucknow is the worst-hit district in UP, with 19,764 confirmed coronavirus cases till date. But amidst this gloom, the increase in the number of recoveries has brought a new ray of hope in Lucknow. 1014 cured patients is substantially more than the positive cases reported in a single day, which sure is a positive news. The city’s overall recovery count right now is 12,813.

The surging numbers of positive COVID-19 cases on a regular basis, have been plaguing the city but the recovery count is also nurturing specks of hope in the citizens. Till now, Lucknow has 6,705 active cases.
Other places in UP, have also witnessed significant recoveries- Kanpur’s count stands at 7,666, Gautam Buddha Nagar has 5,939 cured cases and in Ghaziabad, 5,785 patients went back home.
