Barely a month old, Molecule in Lucknow has become the go-to place when it comes to having an awesome Saturday or enjoying a fun time with friends. The biggest bar in town really knows how to give people a really good time and we cannot deny its OTT (over the top) scale and the great vibe.
Molecule graced the city of Nawabs just a month ago and within that time the pub has become one of the biggest and the wildest party destination in town. Lucknow has fallen for the industrial, chic and modern decor of the place, the craft cocktails and the amazing food they serve.
Molecule is touted to be one of the biggest rooftop restaurant cum bar in Lucknow with a focus on progressive cuisine and molecular gastronomy. The restaurant serves some of the most delicious and quirky dishes we’ve heard of, the Butter Chicken Tart, Lal Maas ravioli and thin crust pizza Basilica and farmer style pizza being few of the best.

You can also nosh on some delicious Asian dishes including Cantonese van chow mein with Szechuan chicken and chicken & cheese sausage egg fried rice.
People are also a huge fan of the Live Dessert section where the chef comes to your table and creates a whole dish which TBH (to be honest) looks like a work of art. We are specially a fan of the gulab jamun carpaccio cheesecake and molten mango mousse from this section.

Not just that, the bar also hosts a Wednesday special live band performance which is the best way to enjoy a good dish and groove to the electric tunes. The pub also does Saturday Surprise, where they introduce a surprisingly fun element at every weekend party night. Mix all of that with the special made exotic craft cocktails and you have a night that you’ll never forget!
What’s more is that the crowd at Molecule is mostly young and hip, so you won’t find many lurkers and judgemental aunties around. *wink wink*
