As Lucknow gears up for grand celebrations on New Year’s Eve, significant changes have been implemented in the city’s traffic plan. Hazratganj and surrounding areas will incur heavy diversions from 2 PM on December 31, till January 1. The authorities have restricted the entry of heavy vehicles across the city until 2 AM, except roadways buses.
