New rules! Avoid parking in THESE 8 zones in Lucknow or face towing

In a move to streamline traffic and reduce congestion, the Lucknow Municipal Corporation, in collaboration with the Traffic Department, has implemented a new no-parking system across 8 identified zones in the city. From August 6 to 8, 2025, an awareness campaign will inform residents about the new no-parking rules before strict enforcement begins.

Authorities have deployed 16 cranes to tow illegally parked vehicles to dumping yards. Violators will face penalties, and the departments urge citizens to cooperate for smoother traffic.
