You name the flavour, and they have a paan for you. Be it fruity, chocolaty or just your authentic paan, you can get a taste of it all right here. Their most elaborate paan is the Gold Paan, which has a layer of gold coated on the leaf itself. On the inside are the most rich ingredients- including saffron paste, rare dry fruits, only the best honey, and many others which give it a highly unique texture and flavour.
The owners rightly call it a paan boutique for they even have paan infused laddoos, which consist of some raw materials like dry fruits, chocolates, and other tasty ingredients. Some of the must-try variations are roseate laddoos, and cocokund laddoos. The latter takes 72 hours to marinate and soak up the flavours, while the former infuses real rose petals, accounting for a flowery aftertaste.

Rashtriya Pan Darbaar has been at it for the past 14 years, and have honed their paan recipes down to a T. And if you’ve been looking for some insights you perfect your recipes, here’s what we found out-
First comes the leaf, which has to be of top notch quality if you’re looking for the right taste. The leaf they use here is of the Malhai origin, and it is what is mostly used. For sweet paans, the Sultani variety of leaf is used, as it has a predominantly sweet aftertaste. These are just two of the best paan leaf varieties they have, and often use other kinds of leaves.
Inside the pan is a host of flavourful and top shelf ingredients too. This includes a number of dry fruits, katha, chutney, gulkand and lots more, giving each and every paan a rich texture and flavour. In all paans, rather than using sugar, they replicate the sweetness with honey and a dash of peppermint.
