The new helpline number was launched on Monday in the presence of District Magistrate, City Divisional Commissioner and other officials of the district administration. This calling service is expected to be a quick solution to thoroughly clean and disinfect the residential locality of the newly identified patient, thus arresting the scope of transmission of the virus.
As per reports, Lucknow has recorded over an average of 860 cases in the first week of September, taking the total tally to 33,453. With 24,358 recoveries, the active caseload is at 8,643 As many as 452 fatalities have been recorded out of which 91 were reported in the first week of Unlock itself.
