However, this cooling relief will be short-lived, with clear skies and rising temperatures expected in the coming days. Today, the minimum temperature in Lucknow will be around 24°C, with a high of 31°C. From October 8 to 12, the heat is set to intensify as the monsoon retreats.
On October 7, scattered showers and thunderstorms are predicted across Uttar Pradesh, including Lucknow, with regions like Sonbhadra, Varanasi, and Kanpur on alert for lightning and gusty winds in western parts of the state.
As the monsoon begins to retreat, dry conditions are expected to take over, with western Uttar Pradesh seeing clear skies from October 8 and eastern regions following suit by October 9.
