The newest addition to Lucknow’s bakeries- The Hazelnut Factory, has definitely taken the city by storm. It is one of the most lavish places in town and the entire city can swear by it’s food. This Holi season the amazing bakery has introduced baklavas and four different varieties of gujiyas!

The Hazelnut Factory is known for its stunning interiors and the amazing food. The luscious cheesecake brownie, the decadent blueberry cheesecake slice and the visually stunning rainbow cake has redefined the dessert experience for us, forever and we can never have enough of them!

The newly introduced baklava is a middle-eastern sweet delicacy. The sweet is a layered puff pastry bite, which is covered in sugar syrup, and nuts. The sweet is flaky, crunchy, sticky and ticks all the boxes when it comes to being the perfect mouthful.

The gujiyas come in four different flavours, Kesar Gujiya, Chandrakala Gujiya, Turkish Gujiya and Baked Gujiya. So not only do you get an option to choose from three crispy deep fried gujiyas that taste amazing but a healthier baked one, as well.
And the best part- unlike most gujiyas that are sold outside, that are simply too heavy to enjoy, the gujiyas they serve at The Hazelnut Factory are light, flaky, airy and oh-so delicious!

Though, The Hazelnut Factory is known for its beautifully made baked goods, the pastries, pasties, puffs, biscuits, breads, mac and cheese, coffees and pancakes. It also serves some of the most beautifully made, delicious sweets. We cannot get enough of their variety of laddoos. The Rose Petal laddoo, Pista Chocolate laddoo, Mango Kaju laddoo, Moti-choor laddoo are our absolute favourites. They also serve some of the most delicious Kaju Barfis and brownie bites we’ve had.
