The bar and lounge is a pretty chill place and the vibe here is a chill hangout session. Be it an end of week extravaganza or mid-week drinking session with the gang, Shor in Kanpur is the perfect spot for both.
The interiors here are relaxing, the leather couches and the funky graffiti on the wall calls to the hipster in us and we cannot deny its charm.
The bar counter, all the red and the rustic woodwork adds warmth to the overall interiors and the ambience here. All in all the place is pretty Instagram friendly and you would have a field day posting cool pictures with a drink or two on the table.
They have an expansive bar menu available and there isn’t a drink you wouldn’t find here. We love the Rhode Island and the Long Island iced teas, the Bombay Bramble, Minty Belly and the Planters punchy here.
And if you appreciate the finer things in life, we would suggest ordering the Moet Chandon champagne or Tara paca wine, they also have a number of aged single malt including the 18 and 12 year old Glenlivet and Glenfiddich.
People also swear by the food here so do yourself a favour and order some delicious delicacies. We recommend the butter chicken, chicken razala, bhuna gosht, paneer tikka masala and sabz jalfrezi.
