Not to miss, the counter from Mirzapur, which is offering over a dozen kinds of piquant pickles.

The stalls from the north are undoubtedly a haven for all lovers of Chicken & Mutton. From the Desi Ghee Mutton & Amritsari fried fish to the choicest options for Kebabs, Seekh and Shawarma, the drool-worthy varieties of Awadhi & Mughali food will win your heart at the very first sight! Amongst the other relished attractions are Shami Kebab, Korma Biryani and a string of other appetizing dishes. Bihar’s stall is also a paradise for all food-enthusiasts with a sweet tooth, offering a list of sugary recipes including Chandrakala, Thekua, Khaaja & everyone’s favourite, Gulab Jamun! If you seek to dive deeper into the Hindustani dishes, you simply cannot miss Uttarakhand’s Sabudana Vada & pancakes(Cheela)from Chhatisgarh.

We attempted to bring you the entire menu but couldn’t, for who can walk through a street of diverse flavours without seeking to nibble it all! If we try to remember what fascinated us the most, we would just be muddled up amid our thoughts but Tandoori Chai, Shaahi Toast, the special stall dedicated to Chai or the Makkhan malai are surely some of the unmissable servings at Hunar Haat. You must remember that it is not every day that myriad tastes from different nooks and corners of the country come to one spot in Lucknow.
